3.6 volt 20 amp charger for 18650

Hey guys i have a question; I am building my second series of packs (18650) and i want to charge them to storage voltage of 3.6 volts i have a charger for 3.6 volt 20 amp for lifepo4 can i use this charger and safely charge my packs?
 
I would say yes as long as your packs have enough cells per pack that you don't exceed the specs of individual cells in the pack - e.g. 20cells per pack would be 1a / cell. :)
