Sorry It´s was not a question.
I tested all bit´s on the CAN ID 0x460 bit.0 or value 1. is force charging only if the inverter is in Spare mode
And the invert is only chargeing whit 4 Ampers on my system.

@yasko I am just writing to say thank you for all the work on Goodwe and for publishing the CAN protocol - I have just managed to make communication with my GW6000-BH for the first time! I am using it with 10 x LG battery modules (Jaguar iPace) in a setup that I hope will let me do an EV conversion, using the battery for the house when the car is doing nothing. The EV conversion is still some time in the future, but getting the Goodwe to discharge the battery is an important step for me. Thank you again
 
Does anyone use a fe GW5k-et three phase inverter (or something similar) with HV battery. Is it possible that the inverter will run with HV battery? What is the difference between GW5K and GW5KL-ET ? Thanks for the answers.

Maybe they have to bring goods from a distant warehouse, and for one item it is not profitable for them.
 
Dear friends. Where can I buy goodwe hybrid inverter? Maybe Germany, Czech, Poland or other countries ? I have question for you. Is it possible inverter can turn back energy to the grid without power in the grid ? I'm afraid aboud electric shock during maintenance repair of low voltage lines of power plant employees. That situation is posible ?
 
@cielak94, What exact model of Goodwe inverter do you want to buy? I mentioned some suppliers in my last post.
Regarding your safety concerns - there is a safety feature called "anti-islanding," which disconnects the inverter from the grid in case of power loss.
 
I have a goodwe 5k-ET connected to BYD HVM, it's a high voltage battery, the invertor speaks CAN with the battery.
You can self-define a battery, but my guess is you would need a good BMS in between.
It can run off-grid and start only from battery or all other modes

I actually have a GW5048-EM with 8 x MUNCHEN 450-144, is it possible to conect it with EV battery within 48V range? What do I need to add to my instalation?

so low voltage ~48V second-live-ev-batteries to this Goodwe GW5048-EM that you run on a solar array of 8x 450WP-144cell pv panels??
Anyone know of the can/modbus protocol to talk to this Goodwe???

The manual says this "Default communication with BMS is CAN, requirment RS485 needs special configuration process "
 
I have worked system with the CAN communication (GW10K-BT)

The communication does not work with the Goodwe GW3600S-BP Inverter. Is the CAN Communction between GW10K-BT and GW3600S-BP different?

Can protokoll ist atteched.

Myślę, że można podłączyć stringi równolegle do dwóch wejść MPPT. Prąd powinien być podzielony 50/50 między dwa porty. Wiem, że sofar solar ma w ustawieniach opcję trybu równoległego MPPT.
 
Have you some experience with Growatt MIN 3600TL-XH and communication with diy battery?

I have a question about gooodwe inverter. Is it possible to charge battery in midday and discharge back to te grid in night? When sun is shining, i have high voltage in grid like 253V and my grid tie inverter (foxess f3600) turn off. And i thinking about hybrid inverter like goodwe.

Yes, it is possible.
1) by fixed time intervals
2) by external contact (normally used for HDO)
3) via command (modbus/lan) in realtime manually or automatically (PLC, home assistant etc).

Big thanks for contributors here like @yasko @NexGen @curto @apr and others. After reading this forum, I decided to bought GW10k-ET (instead GW6k) and use my 360V@20kWh i3 battery pack.
I bought it just three weeks ago and now the progress is:
- I have incredible amount of information imported into homeassistant
- I added some Write registers via modbus for direct control of inverter in real-time (mode change, charge limit, export limit, backup control and some others).
- I created my own BMS/gateway between my batterypack and goodwe thanks to CAN protocol shown here.

And all working in a synergy like one integrated system now.

I can attach some pictures, but I don't know, if it is interesting for someone else than me :)

Yes i believe it is - if you head over to the Australian Whirlpool forums - there is a long running thread on there (Grid Arbitrage) where one of the newer guys has reverse engineered the CAN Bus protocol for the SBP series
