Mike, that is the LG MJ1 3500mAh cell.

The max safe discharge current is not 1000mA, but rather 10A, or 10 000mA.
 
Has the LG batterie LGGBMJ11865 the same specs? I have ath the moment 40 ones in the hand and can test or send pictures

Yes, those are the same. Only the BMJ1 letters are important, B meaning >2400, and MJ1 is the type.

The third letter is the country of origin, i.e. A to D for Korea, E to G for China.
 
Is the 10A a constant or just a pulsed or like 30 sec or what

4. Performance Specification
4.1 Standard test condition
4.1.1 Standard Charge
Unless otherwise specified, “Standard Charge” shall consist of charging at constant current of 0.5C. The
cell shall then be charged at constant voltage of 4.20V while tapering the charge current. Charging shall
be terminated when the charging current has tapered to 50mA. For test purposes, charging shall be
performed at 23ºC ± 2ºC.
4.1.2 Standard Discharge
“Standard Discharge” shall consist of discharging at a constant current of 0.2C to 2.50V. Discharging is
to be performed at 23 ºC ± 2 ºC unless otherwise noted (such as capacity versus temperature).
4.1.3 High Drain rate Charge/discharge condition
Cells shall be charged at constant current of 1,500mA to 4.20V with end current of 100mA. Cells shall be
discharged at constant current of 4,000mA to 2.50V. Cells are to rest 10 minutes after charge and 20
minutes after discharge

Absolute max discharge is 10A. Generally a max discharge is about 10 seconds, enough to handle surges. Standard discharge rate is 1.7A (1700mA)

Jeah, but it is not clearly specified. So my comment was right. Reading between the lines is not a specification. It is in your case taking it safely and take the standard discharge as continuous and the max as "for spikes up to 10s"
but normally a datasheet says it that a value is only for spikes if that is the case.

Oh and the standard discharge is .2C not .5C so 680mA and not 1.7A
