    Now I think, to set the 3300 the HEX code would be: AA01000203040100E40C5B Because: AA0100020304 and then 0100 for wPvVoltRatio and E4 0C is 3300 (just reverse 0CE4 is 3300) If you try this, it's on your own risk - please don't blame me if something goes wrong... ;)
