Finally I have now more than 560 batteries together for my first PhilPowerwall (Phase 1)
All cells repacked with repackr.
Result, 7 packs with an average capacity of 2,280.9 mAh
Total capacity: 4.73 kWh
Additionally I received my spot welder: Sunkko 709AD+
Everything took a while, but finally I received the discussed batteries.
Specs: 2600mAh, 5C
Trial order: 80 pieces
Here the test result, tested with 1000mAh discharge:

I truly understand the uncertainty in their offer. Since I'm working with China more than 10 years and I'm living in Asia since 13 years, I know that we can't rely on the given information. Thanks for of your input and I'll keep you updated.

What other active BMS would you recommend and would it be even suitable for our DIY projects?

I don't think everything in the data sheet is related to the "data". Part of it is their testing procedures. This is related as well to the 300 cycles. They are testing certain lots on 300 cycles and then see what is the remaining capacity.
