Sun finally decided to show up, we had lots of sunshine the last weeks (northern Germany). So the battery got some charges.
I am very pleased with the setup. The battery size of 72kWh (used cap is less, only 20-95% max) is ideal for me.

Gen1 and Gen2 are different in size, end plates and spacers do not fit.
Please check Thingiverse, there are spacers for Gen1 and I think end plates as well.
I do not know if the terminal brackets fit.
Mine are Gen2 only.
Made the covers, spacers, drill templates and several modified brackets STLs.

My 72kWh Nissan battery works fine. 3 sets from 3 cars, 2 had 8-10% loss, the third over 18%. On a lower Soc the cells in the lower 2 banks went down sooner. Luckily I had 4 cells left over, checked the capacity on them and added 2 cells on each of the 2 lower banks, so I added the 10%...
It took a while to examine, but the Soc is now stable and accurate.
My Nissan Leaf cells are limited to 3.3V to 4.08V, so I set the bypass voltage lower.

The new battery pack is now online. It took a week to do a cap test on one suspicious bank from the old pack. No bad or low cells, just some a little lower. Had 5 cells to much in any way, so left the lowest 5 out.
7 banks, each 20 cells.
The Batrium will need some time to level the older packs...

Shunt setting recalibrate in bypass - OFF
changed battery type from custom to std Li
Upped the charging voltage to 4.09V/cell and charged the battery to that voltage

Thank you for the info. The used SOC range here varies, I do not have full cycles every day, so a 30-95% window will mostly be used around 50-80%. In the summer the battery will be at >90% a few hours a day, for a very few weeks. During winter it will not sit at 30% or less.
