I‘ve also managed to process and test cells for another 14 40P packs to add to the wall, these will give me an additional 93Ah/4.685 kWh of storage putting my wall up to 396Ah/16.6kWh.
I have also got enough surplus good capacity cells processed for 3 more 40P packs.

Me too. I have an Economy 10 tariff so three off peak periods throughout the day, morning, midday and evening. During the winter months when I don’t get a full charge from my panels I use the off peak periods to charge and then discharge during peak times.
Loosely speaking yes, your cell has a storage capacity of 3000mAh that’s not the same as usable capacity, if you discharge your cells to say 20% then you only have a usable capacity of 2400mAh. Also if you don’t achieve a full charge that will further reduce your usable capacity.
