    the pack is glued together, and when I used plastic interior panel tool to seperate them the shrink wrap tore off as shown. So I did not tear down the pack anymore....

    floyd, yes they are from parking pedestals.... I assume the city is changing out the battery packs even if they are still good. I found one with a build date of 2220; which I assume is week 22 of the year 2020. Might just cut into one of them and see what is inside.
