Just purchased some xt150 for testing. As they are separate, as daromer said, they might be a little more flexible concerning usage. I'll post a comparison when they arrive.

Yes, connecting it to the cable looks not as easy. You have a rather short way to put the cable inside the golden plug, about 8mm. But i guess if the plug is additionally attached to the pack it gets more stable. I think regarding the price and specs it can be an alternative.
