    welp, installed the new mosfets and when the unit powers on as soon as it start inverting it throws error 06 and shuts off. Guess i have to bite the bullet and get the whole board or a new inverter.

    Thanks. I no longer use this to monitor cell voltage, switched over to using the batrium bms. I can't recall how exactly i wired it, but just went pin to pin. 7 cells so you have pin 1 negative most and then the next 7 pins go to each cell bank.

    I was watching the heat on the temp readout showed 38c. I had also cut back load to 20%. It was pretty dusty inside so i don't doubt that it could have caused the cooling to be less efficient.     You didn't specify how you're hooking all these panels up, in series or parallel or a combination of both. That will dictate more if they can work together or not. Your image shows a much higher open circuit voltage than the 320watt panels, that is more of a concern than the actual wattage...

    The manual says 6awg minimum on the input wires. Are those leads just for the generator? It might have a lower rating for the generator.

    I'm assuming because it's 40amps per lead, so you should be able to pull 80amps in theory if you pull equal from each leg. further that transfer switch should have every other breaker going to a seperate leg. Odds go black and evens go red, or vice versa. Neutral is heavier because it's one wire.
