I have 1 cell with what seems like rust inside the heat shrink. Multiple spots from 1/2" to 1/4". If it were just an 18650 i'd toss it, but it's a 38120. No big deal? Re wrap it or am I in for a world of hurt if i use it? Stored inside since i've owned it. Other 3 from the lot are fine.
