I actually have a question I have the same battery yet the cell that is 3x3 with nine batteries together and registers negative voltage is this supposed to be like this is this fixable? Also when I try to charge it using a 42 volt charger it won't go past 36 which I was told at 36 it's only 20% of its full power what should I do?
