I've got over 300 cells to build a battery, has anyone got any idea's where to mount it? the frames to small, so any pics of idea's would be appreciated.
 
Sorry was a little cryptic, 36v battery for a 2 hub motor bicycle I'm actually using 200 cells now so I can use the best cells I have, also 1 battery or 2? what would be best a large battery to drive both hubs or 1 battery for each motor? Thanks.
 
That's kinda up to you the way you wanna set things up.

Pro for 1 large pack is 1 bms for the whole thing. Con is, if it goes down for what ever reason your left with only pedal power
Pro for 2 large packs is you have a backup in case one goes down. Con is you need 2 bms's

Altho, if you charge them in full parallel (meaning each cell is also connected in parallel), then 1 bms would be just fine and you just need low voltage cutoff on them.

I helped build one of these for a delivery bike. First you have to use identical hub motors/controllersand not just similarly rated motors otherwise they will fight and destroy each other. Wheel diameter and tires obviously have to also be identical. If you are using second life batteries then build one battery and run both motors/controllers off that battery. If you want a second battery, use an AB switch and just use one at a time. You also need a controller/controllers that will sync the two motors including pedal assist if you need that option. The bike we built ended up with one 750 watt motor because the other one from a different manufacturer but also 750 watt rating ate its gears.
For myself I bought a Sonders X that is 48 volts and 17 amp/hrs. and I love it. I don't believe that I could have built it for what I paid for it and it's street legal where I live in Canada. I get about 50 miles out of a charge with some pedal assist. I was going to build a DIY battery for a range extender but I've never managed to run down the battery because I carry the charger with me and just plug it when i get to my destination.
