Looking good!
I'll post some pics of my battery later today so you can see how I did the pos and neg leads.
I just added some new connectors and on off switch as well.

Are you going to shrink wrap?

This is the bag I used. You may be able find it on Ali?

Yeh I'm looking for the clear shrink wrap pouches but not having much luck. Also you have not put the cardboard layer underneath, will that be a problem protecting the fuses wires from accidental damage perhaps?

This is the frame bag I found, it worked quite well It think and is similar.

Next question is how do I charge the thing? I have an iMax b6acv2 but can't work out the settings to charge. I tried it on fast charge at 2amps but it always says there is a configuration error.

Have a look at the comments on my youtube vid,I've linked the clear heat shrink as someone else asked where I got it.
It comes in 1 and 5 m lengths.

The shrink wraps quite tight and leaves a gap, so the fuses are protected, if that makes sense. I used 2layers of wrap.

I plan to make a youtube vid on how I'm charging my pack. I'm using one of these

With a 12 volt 20 ampLiFePO4 charger on the input. You may be able to use your imax with one of these boost converters.

zag2me, looking forward to seeing what sort of range you'll get out of your 30Q battery.

I'm seeing around 25km per charge from 4.1 -3.5 per cell..which is pretty good considering I live on a mountain, don't need to go far to hit a hill. ;)

I'm getting in a bit of a muddle about charging, i've just realized the charger I bought is only a 48v 13s charger. Do you think it will work?

How are you charging your battery?

Also what did you do about breaks and gearing? Do you think its possible for me to get a fixed front cog?

It just won't fully charge your pack.

A couple of posts up I mentioned how I'm charging mine ;)

I'm just using the standard mechanical discs atm but want to get hydraulic, cause they're awesome!

I stay in one gear as mine is throttle only and gears are not needed :D
