Ok, I think it really is the connectors on that last link. I found them for a good price on LCSC, so now we wait and see.

Well, as far as I can tell the WJ15EDGKB-3.81-4P ought to fit the WJ15EDGRC-3.81-4P (on the board), so I've ordered some and we shall see.

From what I can see it looks like the right combination.
I also looked too see if you can buy them in pairs. Odd that they don't seem to.

Hey! I super appreciate you taking a look. I agree with you - seems like someone would have them in pairs. I also think there is a 90 degree version and a straight version (WJ15EDGKB-3.81-4P is the 90 degree), but I'm not worried about that too much. I also had a bit of trouble finding the very similar but 17 pin terminal block for the all in one board. That part number is DORABO DB2EK-3.81-17P-GN-S, I got those in yesterday and they are very snug but fit well.

I wanted to note that if you are ordering boards from JCLPCB they have a couple of interesting options if not all of the parts are available. They were missing the 22 pin headers, but someone else had those available under 'idle parts' for very cheap and that saved me a whole bunch of manual soldering. Similarly a couple of the IC's were unavailable, but I was able to use 'global sourcing' to order them from Mouser, have them delivered and soldered in for me. Super handy that that's an option.

Also got those terminal block connectors in and I can confirm that the WJ15EDGKB-3.81-4P fit the WJ15EDGRC-3.81-4P (on the board).

I have a DIY BMS and 5 of the modules for sale. If anyone's interested let me know.

I'd like to sell both together, but if that doesn't sell, I'd sell the modules and main board separately.

Create a thread in the Marketplace please.

Will do. The notification for this thread just reminded me that I was supposed to sell those and I wanted to post a message before I forgot again :D

Hey, I'm going the DIYBMS (All in One v490) route as well and I'm trying to figure out what the part number for the terminal block connectors is. The part on the board is this one, and I'm wondering if this style plug would fit. I also found this one which has a closer number, but I want to make sure it's correct.
I've developed an all-in-one BMS board for LiFePO₄ batteries, and while it's functioning well overall, I'm somewhat disappointed by the lack of true current and voltage protection with proper cutoff mechanisms.
I'm curious—what approach are you considering for implementing this functionality? Are you planning to use contactors, or are you leaning toward a back-to-back MOSFET configuration?
