Antiek resistance meter? anyone got some info????please share.

This was also found on my fathers attic, i figured out it is at least 100 years of age and a resistance meter.
, German late 10 or 20 (....down Wolf down....wolf no....no....down boy..down.......good boy Wolf...)
Humor aside:

It is a "bridge" resistance meter or something? what can you tell me about this...
ALL INFO IS VERY WELCOME......

I hope some will reconice it as what it is, what i know i already told you, the great internet did not help me any further, oke i am pretty dumb with internet....nuf said.

It would be interesting to know what happens in the end with this piece of equipment. If it's super unique, ie, maybe a one of a kind, you may have enough return to replace your fish pond many times over and still have some to spare (for a new house even, maybe).

I've looked through several sites looking for anything remotely similar to what that looks like and can't find anything. You may need to contact an Antique dealer that handles electronics to find the actual answer. They have resources at their disposal that we may only dream of.
