Here's my first cut at the wiring plan for the contactors and pre-charge relay. Any thoughts? Trying to get things sorted out while I wait for the new WatchMon4s to start shipping.
I'm not seeing it in the documentation, but I thought I had read somewhere that Batrium has added a pre-charge signal that can be configured to one of the relays. Anyone know what the timing is like on that signal? Hoping it's a variable length pulse that occurs before"Battery Ok" goes high.
Since I'm using the battery modules out a Nissan Leaf pack reconfigured 8s6p, I thought I might as well re-use the contractor / pre-charge box and the service disconnect / fuse assemblies from the original pack. I believe thecontactors are a custom version of thePanasonic EV series 200A (2000A breaking) with 5V coils.
