One of my longmon just up and died and put the system in a critical fault condition. The green light on this particular longmon is pale and its not communicating.
Has anyone ever encountered this issue?

Have you tried resetting it and or move it? So to see that it is dead or just crashed?

Like daromer suggests, unplug it for 20 seconds, try reconnecting.
If it's still not working, connect the comms cable past it (ie as though it was never there) so at least you can see the other cell levels for now.

As with any BMS that gets warm/hot to balance cells, it's a good idea to have a spare longmon/blockmon or two.

Yes I disconnected and reconnected only a pale green light come on. whenever its connected to the system i get a communication fault. I took it out and connected the others and the system worked.

I connected the comms cable past it and the others functioned properly. unfortunately I don't have any spare .
Do you know if Batrium has a supplier in the US? The shipping cost is crazy.

Contact Batrium.
