Batrium not connecting by usb

Hi all,
I’ve not been running my off grid system through the winter, as one of the banks started playing up, I dismantled it all and put it all in my spare room, now I’ve sorted it and it’s come to putting it all back together, my watchmon4 won’t connect to the pc, I’ve tried everything I know, I’ve downloaded the bartrium software again and installed the usb driver, ive selected the correct usb input, I’ve even changed the usb wire for 3 other ones and it still doesn’t connect,
Anyone have any other suggestions pleeeeeeeeeeeease?

It’s connected now, I deleted the updated version 15 and uploaded version 14 instead, however when I try to save, I’m now getting a “cannot save whilst in read only mode” I’ve checked it has volts to 12v in, and the system seems to be monitoring ok but I want to change certain areas and I can’t, what am I doing wrong?
Any help would be great,
