I take the time to start a little presentation. I discovered this site at the beginning of the year and all the members' experiences are very interesting. I am a recently retired former civil engineer and director of municipal technical services. I started modifying and repairing batteries for my handheld tools and out of necessity at first. I recovered many cells, especially 18650s. I made a battery to supply my toilet with rainwater with an old Lipo4 HS battery from a golf car. To be able to redo the lithium batteries, I made a spot welder with the transformer from my HS microwave.
