Buck stable voltage?

Yes, it usually is designed to reduce the voltage to the correct amount.
The voltage sense resistors are attached to the output, and are the main feedback to the control IC.

Sweet! I was looking forward to seeing a responce for this. Can we assume this to be the case in general or will it come down to good v poor curcuit design?

I've not been able to test this as I do not have an oscilliscope but from the YouTube and Interweb I have read I beleive this to be fairly stable regardless of who makes these.

Most will have a stable voltage if you work between the boundaries if you pull instantly to many amps the voltage can go below spec.
then your power supply that powers your buck. If it is not strong enough it can also dip in voltage.
