New cells, don’t seem to be in database. Harvested from dewalt 18v power tool battery pack. Initial charging data shows 4.17 -4.18 voltage mAh ranging from 976-2394 on 4 batteries.
MilliOhm readings from 30-36. Have 10 batteries, will report more findings as testing continues.
Google LG HE2 and you will find plenty on these red cells.

Should be this cell: LG HE2 (even if 3rd and 4th letter are different): https://www.powerstream.com/p/LG-ICR18650HE2-REV0.pdf

New cells? I can’t find any data or info via google for this size and style battery. They have a cardboard sleeve that slides off. You can see numbers printed on the metal casing.
I harvested 5 cells out of a Milwaukee power tool battery pack labeled Lithium. Sticker on bottom has following info:
18v Li-ion 3.0Ah serial #A95A07225728
These are hacker cells... Anonymous

unlabled cells that are rare, are not really worth putting into the DB

All the cells I have seen like that were really really old they look larger than an 18650. Are they Larger ? 226603 1692
22mm diameter? 66mm long 0? 3Ah qr box?1692 16th week 1992? That is about how old the toshiba cells that had cardboard wrapper I had.

I’d say 70mm x 27mm (with the cardboard sleeve, 25mm w/out the cardboard sleeve.)

It would seem the numbers have nothing to do with the size or age. I found 1 25700 cell but it is LTO 2.4V, but many 26700 cells in 3.7V.

Manufacturing and measuring tolerance can vary a bit.
I have a lot of 18650 cells that barely fit into the 18.5mm holder and many that sit in very loosely while all of them are labled 18650.

BAK H18650CC
Purple sleeve
White insulator ring

I have three of these, they all seem to be slightly oversize in diameter. The sleeves pull and tear when putting into cell holders.
