I can't disassemble for better pics yet as I don't have the right Nickel strip to repack.

I'm intending to repack with 30Qs.

My guess is Sanyos

Hey mate. Post a photo of the side showing any text as well.

There is another database I found a little while ago. A google sheet that seems to have some cells not in this database...

Alternate wrap for LG D2 cells (maybe more recent, given the disclaimer/warning box on the right?), came from a Ring Model V4 battery pack (2p):

New wrap type appears to have come in sometime between Nov. 2018 and Feb. 2019 based on battery pack date codes.

LGAAHD2C1865

Harvested from a 6-cell Dyson battery pack, probably from a hand-held vacuum cleaner or similar.
Has impressive discharge rates.

ICR18650NQ 2.6AH cell. Couldn't find any info from quick Google and Alibaba search. Came from a Cameron Sino CS-TOP100XL battery pack (replacement for BT-62Q, BT-65Q, or BT-66Q battery):

SG18650-22A - 2200mAH nominal. Didn't find anything with Google/Alibaba search, pretty old cell. Date code might be 11/2003.

You got the date code backwards, it's March of 2011. It's funny, I just took apart 3 packs of these. One pack was "recycled" and had dremel marks on the caps. One pack was all 0V, and 1 pack had cells between 1V and 2V. I believe these are re-wraps of used cells, but I don't have proof.

Yeah sounds like yours were reused. The caps look clean on my cells but the capacity was all over the place on the ones I recovered, highest was 1659mAH, lowest was 88mAH.. guess that cell is just considered dead. They do have the same look to them all though, so it's not like a mix of brands. I can do a voltage curve measurement to see if they line up chemically.

I have a bunch of non-translucent green SGs that perform well and have the same positive cap and sticker under the wrap as these translucent blues, so I'm thinking the translucent blues are rejected greens and not re-wraps of major brand cells.
