I guess I have a new one here.
This one is dead. It was taken off from a Parkside power tool pack that for some odd reason it stopped charging.
I called the Manufacturer and they say they only guaranty the power packs for 6 months  .
This pack was barely used and because it was just over 2 years old,it wasn't covered by any warranty.
So I openedup the packand measured the voltage of every individual celland found this one was dead and all the others werebetween 2.7v and 3.0vish.
I charged them back up individually while they were in the pack using my Liitokala chargerand crocodile clips to 3.85v without any issues.
I will keep the remaining 4 cells in case I need them for my other powertool batteries.

I also found some info online regarding a similar cell:

This one seems to be of a similar series, it came out of a Dell J1KND replacement chinese battery. Initial voltages of the 3 pairs were 1.16V, 1.63V and 1.84V). Charged to 3V using NicaD setting of imax B6 charger and then charged to 4.1V using LiPo setting, the respective pairs showed about 2700maH per pair.

I have disassembled 16 e-bike batteries which contained 60 18650 cells each.

Almost all (14 out of 16) batteries contained below cells, I have had trouble finding the manufacturer.

Quite a lot of the cells have good SOH and IR.

I could depict from some forms that were attached to the batteries that they were from 2016-ish.

My best guess is that they are manufactured/branded by Headway, as a similar looking 2000mAh cell can be seen on this page.

Found these in a Sony VGP-BPS2C battery pack. Cell origin: Japan, capacity 2600mAh. Last 8 digits are probably serial number as all 6 have different numbers._

Came from a snap-on 18v lithium battery pack. The pack was a 3.0AH pack so the cells just be around 1500MAH. the pack was made April 2011 and that is the closest I can come up with for an age of these cells
