How do I become a 'guru' not 'expert' like them ???

But, I cannot find the Uni. course I need to complete to become a 'guru' as well -

I'd guess either he's just being fun (this isn't an official resume here) or he works for a recycling facility that deals with stripping batteries and boxing up cells.
