GIGAVAC GX14BBB-1, What are the aux contacts for? I have looked on GIGAVAC's web site ? Searched the web all i could tell is something about motors. these have a 12v coil 350A 12-800VDC But the aux is 24v. 1 Auxiliary contact rating is 2A, 24Vdc Resistive load, 100,000 cycles. Minimum current is 0.1mA, 5V. The auxiliary contact is mechanically linked to the main power contacts.

I found this PDF with specs on GX14... https://www.gigavac.com/sites/default/files/catalog/spec_sheet/gx14.pdf On page 4 I read it as:
The first B = 12vdc coil
The second B = Flying leads 16cm (24 in)
The third B = SPST, Normally open
- e.g. GX14BBB

and to the right of that table, note #1 is:
Notes & Definitions:
1 Auxiliary contact rating is 2A, 24Vdc Resistive load, 100,000 cycles. Minimum current is 0.1mA, 5V. The auxiliary contact is mechanically linked to the main power contacts.

So the aux contact would just be an 'extra one' for low amp auxiliary control of a something beside the main circuit.

Ok like a light to indicate the contactor is on? Would make sense to have an indicator especially if the control panel is remote from the contactor. Thanks OGITC
