I am thinking of connecting a Growatt ARK to a Fronius Symo Gen 24.
What do you think - would this work with your battery emulator?

Hi,
I'm not sure if my manual balancing is working correctly.
I charged my battery to 99% and then ran the manual balance for almost 2 hours, as you can see the battery started discharging @ 99.8% and 362V for quite some time. I left it for quite a while but it just sat with a small discharge current.

Should this have continued to charge above 100% or has it stopped because the cells are balanced?

It is not. Tesla LFP batteries are currently not possible to balance properly. They will drift overtime. We are working on a fix (by sending more correct CAN data towards the batteries). Lots of people on the Discord are tinkering and discussing this issue.

Good news all, there is a new version of the Battery-Emulator available! This version adds support for the entire CMFA-EV platform (Dacia Spring, Renault K-ZE), along with support for the Standard Range BYD Atto3 50kWh battery. There is also a ton of bugfixes and new features, for instance, we can now reset Tesla batteries via UDS instead of unplugging the BMS wires incase the battery enters a fault state! Oh, and we can also do negative SOC% scaling for those pesky inverters that set hardcoded minimum SOC values. Fronius recently released a software update that broke compatibility with the Battery-Emulator. We were able to triage this on the Discord server, and successfully deploy an update to the BYD-Modbus protocol. Checkout the release notes for this new version of the Battery-Emulator below!

Hello, i'm powering a Solax X3 + Kangoo Battery (22kwh) but i'm stuck because i have a cross after Battery. I can see (Battery : X Inverter : V)
But I don't have fault or event that can explain that.
I have read all guildlines and wiki but i'm stuck.
As I can see on Dala Answer, i want to go on Discord channel, I don't find It. Can someone help me?

If not, are there any plans to do so please?
Also, question re the stark CMR, is it possible to add two packs to the one stark CMR? So if I had an inverter with two battery inputs, I could, in theory, hang 4 packs off the inputs using 2 stark CMR's and 2 sets of identical batteries?

You can run some batteries in Double Battery mode, which means the packs are put in parallel and appear as one big battery. This way you can make a 200kWh battery for any supported inverter. There is missing line code on battery kangoo.cpp
At the end, it miss contactor line and 96s line.
Now it works like a charm.
 
Hello, can I use SD card pin for contactor and stop button? because I need additional can in my configuration.
Its change in hw_lillygo.h file or some there else?
