DIY 100W USBC PD power bank

Recently I'm trying to make a 100w PD power bank for my laptops. the built in battery of my laptops don't last for long and replacing the cells is quite hard because it requires non stop power to the bms or else it won't work again.

I'm using 6s1p(I'll use 2p when I get some new batteries)with a chinese no name bms,

a yzx 100w PD buck converter,yzx usb pd trigger set to highest voltage mode to charge the bank,

chinese boost converter to charge the battery at cv=25.5v,cc=1.5a(I'll use 5a after I get better battery). The boost converter have a 1000uf cap at the input which charge up too fast that make the pd charger go in protection mode so I used a ntc inrush limiting resister to make it charge properly,

and some recycled cells from non oem laptop battery tested about 2200mah just for testing
And a simple led display for the percentage

It charges at 30w now

And it supports all Fast charging protocol

Although it worked quite good now I still want to build a arduino/esp based battery monitoring system with a oled display that tells the in/out power and battery/circuit temperature but the problem is in not a really good programmer so it may take a while.
I also plane to make a video about it later

This is interesting. :)
Could you post links to the parts/modules used. I´m not able to find anything like the "yzx 100w PD buck converter".
