The code for figuring out moli cells date of manufacture is the same with my dyson cells so I'm going to have to agree on this

Pulled apart a few of these packs. Noticed in the first linked brochure from Home Depot that Dyson lists Molicel as the manufacture on page 2.

Yep, not sure if this is still the case today, but Molicel announced partnership with Dyson in 2017
