It is not even PWM.
It is something different , i am not the expert for this but maybe somebody reads here is actual

But strategy is this : Dontdepend on MPPT hardware or PWM algorityhm , buy extra panel with that money.
Make modular BMS andJust depend on a Relay to openor close charging.
There is something called DSSR. Which is a Relay for 2 solar panels and SBMS can control 30 of them ( it means
60 Solarpanels you can connect )
You can connect your solar panels to it. When it is over voltage it can stop Relay.
Or it can talk with Relay to send extra energy to heat water in your Camper , Boat , House etc.
Or i guess you can even use DSSR for turning ON or OFF DC loads or evengridcharging.
I have no idea how to make but i am guessyou canprogram BMS like " if the DSSR Solardoes not
charge battery till 17:00 , charge batteries with DSSR DC ( Which is a 24V DC adapter connected to
RV Grid /Boat On shore etc. )
