Flipout battery screwdriver FOSH2014, Battery Question

Hi, I’m new here. I have a Flipout battery screwdriver. Model FOSH2014. This version has 2, 3.6v 700mAh, INR18350 batteries hard wired to a PCB. Any suggestions on where I can find a replacement pack with a pigtail or a repair facility that could build one? Apparently the company that made this is no longer in business. After the charging indicator light goes out the driver will run for a 8 to 10 seconds before dying. Thx

You can purchase these batteries (INR18350) pretty much anywhere just make sure they are a reputable dealer.
Find a friend that has a spot welder or you could solder the leads on (not necessarily recommended) but doable.

Thanks for your rapid reply. Don’t know anyone with a spot welder and from the little bit I’ve read I’m concerned about potentially destroying the new batteries by attempting to solder to gang the two cell together. May have to try though. Thx

Please do not hijack another thread to post a question about a different topic. Even if the batteries are the same, this question does not belong in the Battery Types thread.
If you have a question, it is best to create a new thread. More people will see it and respond. Not everyone goes back to old threads just because there was a new post, or if the title doesn't interest them.
