Yeah, I split out some of the battery sections. There are some software changes coming in the next week or two and I'm trying to clean up and prepare as much as I can before that. I wasn't going to announce anything, as I'm not sure exactly when yet, but guess you caught me. LOL.

Is there a chance that the cell database is also getting a upgrade?
Regarding different formats and chemistry's
Perhaps incl even new cells?

BTW - A big thank you! to the work you-alldo to maintain this forum. I've learned a lot thru your efforts, great info,very helpful - its just afun/positive experience all around!

If i had more time on my hands i would gladly be at your service, the only thing i could basically do is search for some data sheets....and or open a email address for others to dump there sheets,shift my way thru them and make some cookies/pancakes out of it....mike said:

The great thing about owning the server (hardware and software) that the forum resides on, it's very easy to make these changes. When mike makes a change, he just runs a few queries with SQL and bam! it's done. Well, most of the time. Sometimes he has to revert back
(most don't notice this unless they are actively browsing in the middle of an update)
However, suggestions are always welcome. Some times we do things a certain way, and can get stuck in a hole if something isn't working right. Fresh insight can help a lot. This is why I bounce ideas off several others in chat in case I'm missing something (usually obvious).

I thought that was a lot of more work...anyway:
The idea for data sheets for new cells and also for other format and or chemistry's, i think that would be appreciated....
For people playing around with cells that are coming out a ev or the new chemistry Tesla want to introduce?
The Chinese are pretty busy with reinventing the wheel regarding es.
For instance: they are flooding the market with lifepo4 cells ranging from 40 to 180ah cells, lately: 280a special for ess.
Second handed wont be a far future...
the market for second hand Nissan ect is already starting.
I dont think this is a bad idea, especially when the need arrives to chance the forum's cells harvest section in separate chemistry's?
