Free Unused 18650 Cells

I'm looking for someone that could use about 1600 18650 lithium ion cells.

We run a business that sells battery powered stroller fans. We recently received a shipment of 800 fans that were rejected due to a quality issue with the fan motor (does not affect the batteries.) Rather than throwing these fans away with the unused 18650 cells inside, I am hoping to find someone that can use them. I am not looking for payment and will just feel better that they are not in a landfill somewhere. Currently the cells are still inside of the fans, so whoever takes these will need to disassemble the fans to access the cells. Each fan has a pack of 2 cells (so 1600 cells total.) The packs are supposed to be 4000mAh.

I'm sure there's someone here that's near by that'd be willing to take them off your hands.

What kind of fans are these? Is the quality issue with the motor directly, or maybe the gearing/housing area? If the motors could be reclaimed as well that'd be awesome too.

That's a great point that I hadn't really considered. There is actually nothing inherently wrong with the motors either. It turns out that my supplier changed motor manufacturers and the new one is under-powered for the size of fan blade that we use. If any one had use for these brushless motors as well, then that would be even better!
