Yes, there are plenty. Just do a search for "BMS balancing" and add how many in series you need. For instance if you are building a 7s, then "bms 7s balancing".
Just note that most "cheap" bms units will only balance in very small amounts, like 100mA or less.
do you mean that it is unpractical to go to 200 Ah??

I think you miss understood that statement. You asked if I meant it was unpractical. No, it's not impractical generally speaking. You just have to find the right bms that can do what you require. Impractical depends on "your" circumstances and financial situation and skill level. There is Stuarts diyBMS, which requires a lot of hands on and a bit of understanding of programming. There's also Batrium BMS which is mostly a plug and play. And there's lots in between

Not "specifically" for that, no. They are based on "series" connections. So 3s, 4s, 6s, 7s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s for example.
I think if you need to continue this you need to create a new thread. This conversation is getting off topic from the original post.
I will not respond to any further questions in this thread on this particular topic.

The 100ma is the balance current, not the pack capacity. The two aren't directly related.

The BMS doesn't limit your battery pack capacity (in Ah), just it's output (in amps)

The balance current is how much quickly the BMS can even out the cells. Any balance current can work with any size pack. But a huge pack and tiny balance current can take an unreasonable amount of time, over a month if you pack is unbalanced and huge with a tiny balance current.
