hello, I recovered 18650 batteries from a pc battery (11.1v 6600mah 9 batteries) but I did not find any info on google, thanks you for help.

min 1650 mah
avg 1700 mah
max 1750 mah
my tester is not very reliable, so I add 10% at the end of each test and I rounded the mah (ex 1714 -> 1700) good evening

OK - assuming 2200mah level cell, then they are testing at 1700mah/2200mah = 77% of original capacity. These are useable if you're OK with this level and the IR remains low.

yes, I used 5 batteries at 1700mah for screwdriver / drill (5s bms 50A 21v at 4.2v / cell), I disassembled an entire laptop then reassemble then disassemble (hs motherboard) and my batteries were at 4v, the batteries were not fully charged before use, but lack of power noticed when I have to force hard enough, low voltage cut I think.
