Help ID these cells

The writing says MHDM4C9 & JE0FK17. The ends have a blue top and charge up to around 2500 and the J's actually have a bright green top and charge up to around 2000.

but I have never seen a silver label on a Sanyo.not saying for sure they are theses cells or even Sanyos.

The silver label looks like a removed strip of wrapper?
Looks like Sanyo to me too.
