Hey I have come across some Highstar ISR18650-1300 Cells that have a grey cell wrapper and a red insulator they came out of a 18 volt drill battery pack from harbor freight. I have included a picture just to help expand our knowledge base of 18650 cells that are out there to be recycled and reused.

Different Highstar being used in some Ryobi 40V packs. Found these in OP40404 from 2021. ISR18650-2000. INR19/66 3.7V 7.4Wh Orange wrapper, black insulator.

Are you able to find IR specs, or max charge info? I didn't see it on that chart and would love to know.

I know that the IR is on that chart, it states 20 milliohm and max charge voltage is 4.2V other than that I didn't find anything. I also found some contact details of the manufacturer and asked for a datasheet, so i'll get back with that if they send me one.
