Hi Walde,
greetings from NRW. That looks like a very nice built.
I also started charging my packs from the grid in December as they got too low for my liking. The inverter still draws its 7W and all the PV production is used by the house. So I decided to give them a quick 30 min 500W grid charge every night (or every other night). Thankfully I can program that and don't have to do it manually.
It'll cost me 5€ over the course of the winter but it will also give me peace of mind.
Waiting for better days in February / March.

Yes I agree with you. Was even back on solar power yesterday and even had charging capacities of up to 1500 watts from the system during the day. Only today does it look different. We had snowfall in the morning hours and now I have 15cm of fresh snow on the solar panel and I only get 80 watts in, which is just enough for the inverter. Let's see what the days bring snow or sun.

hmm, but why? Maybe heat problems? Bad contacts / screws not properly tight?

Please start a new thread, with details about the exact breaker type, wiring, and with pictures.
I've seen several breakers fail, most were, as Stefanseiner already suggested, due to long term exposure to heat from bad wiring. Either the wires were too thin to begin with, or the wires came loose over time.
A commonly known problem is using stranded wires in screw terminals. Somehow the copper strands reshape/rearrange over time, and the connection becomes loose. So it's recommended to always use "ferrules" or other crimped connectors with stranded wires.

good video, but it is not an BMS, this is a balancer.
It's a big difference and important to know, especially for newbies who think, an BMS is optional when using Li-Ion.

Yes, in that case you are right if you look at it carefully.
But JK also has systems that work completely as BMS if you want to compare it to Battium.
