Hi! Yes to moment i have think it was easy, but on 3 Bicycles battery, 2 model, i have should use dremel to open and access on full lithium Cell.
To now, i have left 1 model, i have think first, this left i would reuse it later, but the model don't change on other, the enclosure type is same!

this all use same model for lithium cell. But so you can see it, the enclosure is complete close, so i think, to open it and to dismount the complete batterie, i should use new time dremel tool, because is aluminium, and the batterie holder should are glue into 3 positions, Start, medium and End on Disclosure.

Or have you different view to dismount all cell integrated into this case? 36V 15Amp battery.
I don't have success to Push it out, (glue is to heavy). I have try to push into all two way. nothing result. and this cell holder, don't have hole to give possibility to pass a thread, and after to pull it out from case.

so thanks to all idea which can me help.

If the case is metal, and from the pic, I would start with removing all the screws. Some may be hidden under labels etc.
Then - try to get a small crack going somewhere between the components of the case and pry on that.

I've processed many cells out of a variety of cases. But, if you can kind of unscrew/crack/pry a unit open to understand the layout - it will help with a strategy to do the rest. Cases are assembled (somehow) and the trick is to understand the weak points and reverse the process.

However, You do want to be careful about sawing, denting, puncturing any of the cells inside - there is potential danger. And, it can be so difficult it's just not safe/worth it. For example, removing individual cells from a Tesla pack is deemed "not worth it" by many.

In one case, even after removing screws, there was so much glue that after I knew the exact layout, I used a table saw to cut 1/4" off the oval end of the case so I could pry it apart the rest of the way. :)

Hi offgridinthecity!
here i give you vision to my enclosure, yes is aluminium sheet as metal.
so we you can see it, on front side was BMS, here i have should cut wire, because, i don't have access on back vision of BMS.
And on back side, i have cutting all wire we are on 36v.
This battery i have use digital volt meter, to test it and give 0v. and now i need to extract all cell.

So no more screw are on this model, here my vision, is to use wood and push gently without shock and to use fulcrum of plastic part to extract full battery.

The sides not shown in pics may have a tiny screw. if not reusing enclosure just break the case. cut the sides that don't have cells and score th e other side break with a large pair of channel lock pliers( adjustable pliers). although you may be able to break it by hand uses gloves once it is scored.

I encountered some of those packs to.
Be very very careful if you are going to use my method...very very carefull
Small word: i use grinders for the last 4 decades.....

I unscrew every screw i see.
If i have vision on all the wires i cut them in that way that they will not touch each other.
Then i get my grinder and make a small cut in the plastic (most are plastic cases btw of this type i found) length wise.
I do this at both sides. top and bottom.

Now if the cuts are deep enough and the melted plastic is away or broke, it is time to roll up your sleeves and show some muscle....
Those packs a glued all over. you have to break them into two halves', from here it is cherry picking time.
But i also found one pack where the cells were completely in glue. if "my dealer" has one of those i thank him for his trouble but i decline on those.

Hope this is of some help.

Best
