The length of strip needed is dependent on how many cells in total you have, this includes series and parallel.

Hard times for me at the moment and I am short 5 2200mah cells for my 13s5p pack. The dumbest question is can I add five cells of 2100mah to the pack that has same cutoff voltage or is 8t to risky?

Probably best to keep each parallel group the same capacity if you had 13 2100mAh cells you could add one to each cell group so all parallel groups would have 4 2200mAh cells and one 2100mAh cell.
