Where is Source, Ground, and Drain on this particular mosfet?
Base = Gate
Collector = Drain
Emitter = Source
How To Use MOSFET - An Electronics Beginner's Tutorial - Oscar Liang
This MOSFET tutorial shows you some common questions from beginners when they are using MOSFET, and the basics of MOSFET, and how to use MOSFET with Arduino
The MOSFET has 3 terminals, “gate“, “drain” and “source“, differs from BJT which has “base”, “collector”, and “emitter” terminals. By applying voltage to the gate, you create an electrical field that controls the current flow through the channel between the drain and source, without any current flowing from the gate into the MOSFET itself
Testing them is the same method, though.
I'm not sure, I haven't seen those let alone use them. And to be quite honest, I sincerely doubt it can truly output that high of current for any length of time.I'm considering buying a new iCharger. But I came over a cheaper one, anyone familiar with HOTA H6 Pro?

Being that the iCharger is right about $100-110, not sure how the Hota is cheaper
