I have been collecting and testing cells to make a 7s 60p , By Capacity testing they are all between 2200mah to 2400mah.

A large percentage of my cells are accugris.JPGView attachment 25369accugrisTop.JPG

I have found a spec sheet for the H18650CIL which states the IR as ≤50 I have IR tested about half of them and they are coming out at 27 - 32 ohms. With the majority testing under 30ohms.
Are these any good?
Should i make a smaller pack with just these cells?

note all testing on opus and IR tested with YR1035

Thanks in advance

As far as the H18650CIL battery is concerned it is a class A battery according to Sellers. Just because BAK cells are made in China does not necessarily mean bad. Matter of fact many LG and other brand name batteries are made in China. Just stricter quality assurance and manufacturing tolerances.
At 27mΩ-32mΩ IR yes I would call these good.
I am apprehensive though about putting "aftermarket" cells in my powerwall. Funny thing is they "BAK" may make batteries for Samsung, LG or Sanyo. Who knows. So what to do?
IDK if they were the only cells I could get to complete my powerwall yes I would use them. As IR checks, capacity checks, and SD checks then according to my rules they are OK.

Thanks for that, I have contacted the guy that supplied me with the cells to see if he has enough to complete my wall,

What would you suggest as an appropriate range for IR ,? not many of my other cells read as low as the 30 ohms

Also, thank you for the recommendation on the YR1035 from a previous post, tidy piece of kit..
