Here's the only reference to an LG cell with P2 in the model number, it claims 2AH: https://voltaplex.com/lg-p2-18650-battery-icr18650p2 Where did you find the original specs?

Not quite. This cell listed here is LGEP218650 and the other one is LGCP218650
