Like I've said in other posts, I wouldn't be charging them to 3.6V regularly.
I only charge to ~3.45V/cell & they are still at 100% SoC or so close it doesn't matter.
Trick is to hold at 3.45V & let the current drop away & a bit of bypassing occur.
I found the pack balance kept going nuts at higher voltages, some cells would race off to high limit trip before others caught up, etc.
I like to keep my LiFePo4 cells on the flat part of the curve (at both ends both low & high).
