live neutral in Inverter

I have solar inverter that picture attached.
The problem is its output neutral is "live neutral", there is 55volt between output neutral and utility neutral.
what should I do to fix this problem? I read before that I should connect its neutral to the ground but here we do not use a ground system.
I am worried if I connect its neutral to grid neutral that could cause a short circuit and break my inverter

Where is "here" where you don't use ground? Your electricity standards don't have a ground for safety?

Syria. Standards say yes we must have ground, but I never see a new house or building that has a grounding system, besides if the building is hospital or a hotel.

Then I would say the reason they don't install the ground is because of money reasons. It's cheaper to run 2 strands of wire than it is 3, or 3 strands vs 4.
If the inverter "requires" the Neutral to be grounded to function properly, then you "need" to ground it. Otherwise, you are asking for a whole lot of hurt, and frustration, when things go wrong.

All you need to do, even if you aren't going to have ground wire in the rest of the structure, is put a ground rod outside (any metal pipe going into the ground would work here as long as it's deep enough) and ground the inverter to that rod/pipe.
Is it the correct way to hook things up, not entirely. Will it work for testing and make the device work as intended, possibly.
