I am replacing these batteries in a very expensive piece of equipment. I only need to find 4-12 of them, so not a huge lot needed. Can anyone recommend a comparable replacement? I see a lot that have a much higher ah which I assume wont be a problem but I really can not destroy this piece of equipment.

Edit: to add a little context, the battery pack powering the equipment is made of four 18650s in a special plastic casing and a new batter for the equipment costs $1800.

Which battery is currently inside and do you have a picture of the bms?

The battery currently inside is the battery at the beginning of this thread. The BMS is inside the equipment itself so I can not give a picture. this is the only picture I can give.

Guessing by the information i have, pretty much any 18650 will do the job, as long as you have 4 at least somewhat simmlar in series.
If you care about capacity, you can get some LG MJ1's -> https://secondlifestorage.com/index.php?threads/lg-lgdbmj11865-cell-specifications.1737/
Or alternatively the Samsung equivivalent that is in stock on the website you send -> https://www.18650batterystore.com/collections/samsung-18650-batteries/products/samsung-35e

If you live in the EU, nkon.nl is one of the best sites to get a variety of cells -> https://ru.nkon.nl/rechargeable/li-ion/18650-size/min.-capacity-in-mah/3400-3500.html

You have some good eyes, i didn't look at that point. Maybe adding a BMS yourself, even if its just a basic one, would be very usefull. So your next batteries lasts longer.

I thought it was relevant because I wanted a good replacement for the battery this post was about. 🤷🏻‍♂️ My bad

That thread was about Cell Specifications. not where they are found, or what devices they may be in.
It's all good. You aren't the only one to post in odd locations :p

I didn't look up the cell code but based on the low capacity I would suspect the use demands a high current capable cell. If you know how much will need to be drawn on the cell at maximum then get whatever cells are highest capacity or easiest to find that meet that. I would also second adding a simple BMS and it should be able to fit in the gap area. Also with so few cells it wouldn't be too bad to buy new so they all match well rather that repurposing like most of us on this form like doing. You would still save LOADs of money because new cells are $2-6USD ea so what $20 vs $1800 :D
