Massively parallel cell testing setup - have you seen this?

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, but I just ran across this 18650 cell testing setup in a YouTube video. Does anybody know about this?

Ive seen that test wall in pictures before, I thought it was a battery manufacture in china, The video shows itap employees.

Oooh ok, yea. I saw that. It's cool, just not really cost effective for a small diy person. Recycling battery industry they are building, sure makes great sense

But how does it work? Inquiring minds want to know...

It's probably similar to the "batcell?" board that can charge and discharge, then they just have each board wired up to a main hub system that logs all the data

just imagine many opus chargers hanging on the wall. And then computer controlling it all. Thats kind of it.
