Hi there,
I am new to all this and ran into an issue so thought to ask it here. Would appreciate your help.
I am installing a 14S80P 18650 system. Batrium with K9s.
I installed the first string, all went fine but when adding the second string I ran into some issues.
So string 1, 14S is on K9 A. All fine.
String 2, 14S, is on K9 B. For some reason, it does not show pack 1 and 2, or 15 and 16 and reports them as 0V, which they are not, confirmed with the multimeter. I checked the wiring harness several times, I tested it again and again with the testmon, it passes every time.
In the end I decided to put string 2 on K9 A and string 1 on K9 B.
And the problem does not move with the strings. Still position 15 and 16 not showing but now for string 1, which worked fine on K9 A.
I know now that wiring harnesses for string 1 and 2 are ok, they work fine on K9 A.
So I swap out K9 B, same issue with both strings.
K9 C, same issue, both strings.
K9 D, same issue, both strings.
So it must be in the Batrium module itself no?
Any idea? Or could you point me in the right direction where to get this question answered and pro
blem solved?
Thank you.
Stijn
Edit: solved it by doing a device sync! I told you I was new to this!
