Hi guys. It's been a long time i didn't post here and here i'm back:)
All this time i was thinking on making a new holder for my tests and eventually i've designed and made one which i'm ready to show you. Here it is - my holder version 4.0.

All your thoughts are precious for me so don't hesitate to leave them in comments either here or under the video.
P.S. Should this be in General Project, Battery, and Electrical or i've chosen the right branch?)))

I like the 4-wire testing, much more accurate results that way. It looks like the plexiglass is a bit stressed though. Maybe use a different material that won't bend as much? Or you could always add a piece of metal to re-enforce the plexiglass, but drill a hole out where the terminals poke through? Just a thought.
Originally i intended to use 5mm plexiglass, but found only 4mm. Bending doesn't affect anything until it's not broken))) But you're right it seems not ok and should be replaced with something more rigid. Also the springs should be replaced with smaller diameter ones which is very hard to find.

I'm also thinking on spring-loading the positive contact only, leaving only one of the upper plates... So the 4.0 version is going to be developed further;)

That's a really nicely engineered holder, I see that you test lots of different cells. I'm very curious what's the equipment that you use with the holder to do your testing?
