Nice setup :) Very clean and sleek. I like it! :D

Very nice looking setup!

That looks fantastic reminds me once we start cracking we should have a Setup of the month like some other forums do

These have been shown to have slight variations from unit to unit; which could be as much as .5v. Have you made sure they are all accurate?

I heard too that they can throw your packs out of balance over time since a different number of LEDs can be light on each display. I bought some but haven't installed them yet for this reason. Have you noticed this issue at all?

I personally haven't gotten any yet, myself. I've been waiting for all you guinea pigs out there to work out the kinks and what needs to be adjusted first :p

They all have little pots on the back to adjust the voltage. All after adjusting match the voltage of my multimeter. I haven't noticed and problems with them pulling packs out of balance. I had voltmeters on my pack before printing this new enclosure for about 5 months or so and the only time i had an issue with balance was when i accidently over discharged my pack due to several days of poor weather.

kewls, thats nice to know about the pots; i didn't realize they had those. Makes things a bit easier, the. I might get some now :) Thanks

Looks good. I'm running little volt meters that don't have the pots on the back and they all show different figures. It's important to have the adjustable ones.

Started on powerwall 2.0. Should have about 3 or 4 times the capacity of my first one. Still have to put all the capacities into my spreadsheet to make sure i'm balanced and to see how many kwh i should expect.

Nice project, could you upload a spreadsheet with what you used for it and the prizes?

Cheers

New mounting design. Sort of similar operation as Pete's. Slide in the top clip and drops into the bottom. Made pockets to help hold the pack and avoid chaffing :D
